Substance Abuse Evaluation
Charge varies depending upon the extent of the evaluation to meet the requirements of the specific court. Typical charge is between $150.00 and $250.00.
Insurance
Sessions may be covered in full or in part by your mental health insurance or EAP. I participate with many insurance companies and I do accept out of network clients.

Sliding Fee Scale

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Estar Counseling Services, Inc. also accepts PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is important and reserved for you. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies as well as a no-show fee. Your credit card will be charged 65.00 dollars for both a late cancellation and a no-show.
